Ty is an Employee Benefits specialist
that works closely with our clients to actively promote a suite of salary packaging benefits to their employees. His goals are to help organisations attract and retain quality staff, help reduce organisational costs and provide the best possible after-tax advantages to our client’s employees.
He is an important part of a team that also provides an innovative, comprehensive vehicle leasing and management service. Ty has more than 10 years' experience in the service and motor vehicle industry. His motor vehicle experience allows him to provide practical assistance to employees wishing to know more about novated leases as well as our vehicle procurement service, which saves clients a lot of time and hassle while securing the best possible deal.
Ty is passionate about maximising the take up rate of employee benefits programs for clients, providing exceptional customer service, and educating employees on maximising the benefits available to them.
He works with clients across a range of sectors, including local government, health and hospitals, education, aged care, indigenous services, not-for-profits and public benevolent institutions.
